How do I add these titles in categories? How do I delete this area?

Hi,

I have created some categories but their titles don’t appear, refer to the attached image from the Supreme demo where I explain where I want the titles (of categories) to appear.

Also, on my attached image from the Supreme demo, I might decide to remove a section, refer to the attached image – how do I remove that section referred to in the attached image?
