    Hai i’m new to this and I would like the directory to work on a different page instead of the homepage. How to make it possible? My permalink on wordpress is using the structure ‘/%category%/%postname%/’

    Hi,

    in GeoDirectory >> Design >> Home, disable the option, which makes GD your website home.

    You directory home will now be the “location” page: yoursite.com/location.

    You can change name and slug of that page as you prefer.

    Thanks

    Thanks now I know what was the problem. Gotta add those pages up on the permalink tab..

    Any idea why the tabs is appearing vertically? For example this page. http://wanabrar.com/test123/places/malaysia/select-one/kuala-lumpur-1/hotels/four-seasons-philadelphia/

    Something is wrong with it. Thanks

    One more question. Using the free version, I can only point location on one city? I have to get that multiple location add-on to use multiple cities? Thanks

    Hi,

    this is the css to fix the Tabs:

    .geodir-tab-head dt {
        clear: none;
        margin-bottom: 0;
        width: auto;
    }

    Your theme adds generic css that is altering them.

    You should also go to GeoDirectory >> Theme Compatibility, select custom and add the class container to your gd-wrappers and save, to make all GD templates consistent with your theme templates. (See image attached)

    Let us know how you went and if we can assist any further.

    Thanks

    Thank you it looked so much better. There is a little more problem before it actually looked nice with my current theme.

    *highlighted in red boxes in attachments*
    One is the 2 boxes when I log in. It looked small and I could barely see what the dropdown menu is.
    And the map, is there a way to make it have the same width as the sidebar?

    Hi again,

    The map width is controlled via widget settings. Go to Appearance >> Widgets, and adjust width of all sidebars widgets.

    The second one I can’t see unless I’m logged in. I see the username password input fields which look correct.

    If you provide wp admin crdentials in a private reply I’ll check for you.

    Let us know,

    Thanks
