How do I find a country if I enter a name in a language other than English?

    Can the location switcher to search for a country if I enter a country name that is not in English?

    If I enter “Ukraine” in the search, I do not get the location of the country, but I get “Near: Ukraine”. Can I correct this to get “In: Ukraine (Country)” or “In: Ukraine (Country)”?

    Note that if you first find Ukraine in the English version of the site /location/ukraine/, and then go to the Russian version of the site, we will get the right page /ru/location/ukraine/. Then you can go to /uk/location/ukraine/. But how to get from the page /ru/ to /ru/location/ukraine/ is not clear. You can only get to “near” /ru/location/near/gps/48.379433,31.16557990000001/, but this is not the result that the user wants to get.

    * I’ve translated countries into other languages.

    1. I will flag your question for the developers. An aside, the location switcher is “IN”, not near. The search bar does ‘near’ for anything you type.
    2. Please share a link. It sounds like you are saying a lang switcher link is missing on the uk page.

    This has been fixed and will be in next release of Location Manager plugin.

    Provide us FTP credentials if you want to apply patch.
