Hi. I have a problem with google results.
Google results show urls that have no information or content. I give an example with the images:
My directory is a directory of health establishments and medical clinics in the country of El Salvador.
Then in a Region of that country that has the name of “La Libertad”, there are no cardilogos. However in the results of google appears a url that includes that region where there are no cardiologists. How do I make urls that do not have real information appear in Google results?

Looking for a solution I have currently removed the locations from the sitemap. I do not know if that helps solve the problem.

    My site map: https://redsalud.com.sv/sitemap_index.xml

I’m also keen to change the permanent links from “Full location with category” to “Default”, but I do not know if doing that will affect SEO.

But could you tell me what can be the best way to prevent urls from showing up in the google results that do not have content?

You can delete any location [city] that does not have any listings. Then the page will disappear.
Also never link to empty categories: in category widget, use the “hide empty category” options.

Changing permalinks will affect search engines temporarily until they update the URLs and drop the pages that no longer exist.
