how do subscribers update their listings? is there a user dashboard?

    How do subscribers update their listings and is there a dashboard for them that shows all their listings?

    You can add the GD>Author Actions widget to the Detail page, or to the GD Archive Item page.
    You can also use the GD Dashboard widget.
    Or use UsersWP so users can delete them from their profile.

    Thank you, I have added the Gd author actions but why does it not let me edit pictures when I edit a listing?
    Also it will still link to an author page how do i edit Author page as it is not displaying anything?

    It looks like you were using UsersWP but have de-activated it.
    Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings if you like.

    Hello Guus,

    I have deleted UsersWP I do not want to use it because i Cannot login if its active.
    I can edit the listing but cannot add or remove pictures as per your image in your last reply above

    Make sure that you uninstall UsersWP correctly if you do not want to use it:
    1. Reinstall it
    2. Go to UsersWP > Uninstall > and tick both options
    3. De-activate the plugin
    4. Delete the plugin

    Or re-install it if you want to use it and we will have a look why it does not allow you to login.

    I can edit the listing but cannot add or remove pictures as per your image in your last reply above

    Please give us the URL from that listing so we can check. I cannot recreate that on your site.

    The “Admin package” does not allow images. Change that setting if you want to be able to edit them.

    Your theme has its own author page, the …/partner-page/
    and is not working as a normal WP author page.
    I’ll get a developer to look at that.

    Hi Elaine,

    I have checked author page template from theme editor and it looks like author template is designed to display only specific post types supported by theme. It does not have any code to show other post types like places, events.

    Provide us FTP credentials to look into more.

    Places > Settings > Packages > Admin only package > Exclude fields > do NOT exclude “Images” field.
