How does Admin invoice for upgrade of package from free to paid

    Scenario: a user submits a free listing and then wants to pay for an upgrade to a paid package. I know that the User can go into Profile, select their listing, click Edit and upgrade.

    However if a user calls us and asks us to do this from the backend, how can we do this? When I’ve edited a User’s listing and upgraded it from free to paid, it didn’t generate invoice. Is there a setting for this or does the invoice have to be manually raised by creating and selecting an Item?
