how to add a universal search box at the top

Hi, I have my navigation menu with my tabs and logo at the top of every page, but I would like to have the search box appear right below and stick there regardless on what page I am on.

What sticks right now is my logo at the top and the nav menu both on the desktop and mobile.

I don’t see a widget area where I can add this to the top.

Do you have a way to add this on my site? I noticed I could have one on the search results, but it’s only on that page and it’s hidden. You have to click on a button to enable it. I want it to be visible and stick.
