how to add the register / sign up form?

    My website only shows the sign in form but the sign up form is missing? Does anyone know why and how to add the register / sign up form?

    I’m looking to put login and logout links in my main navigation. Login was simple to add because I just used: http://askpartygenie.com/gd-login/ But I can’t seem to find a clean url for logout.

    I suggest you add the UsersWP plugin, it has a lot more options like adding logout links etc: https://userswp.io/
