Wondering if there is a work around or tip that someone will share with me on how to avoid Google downgrading the SEO ranking for duplicate listings.

I have listing that belong in to (or more) CPT’s. For example a business could be a hotel but also have a restaurant (I have CPT for lodging and another for Food). I would want users to be able to see the listing in both CPT’s – thus the duplicate listing/info.

**also wondering if the same duplicate problem arises if I business is listing in more than one category per CPT**

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi,

you should void duplicating the listings.

In the Lodging CPT put the hotel name and description, in the food CPT put the restaurant name and description, even if they are part of the same establishment, I’m sure the listings can be unique.

There is no other way. UNless you use only 1 CPT and lodging and food are categories.

    Thanks

    Thanks
