how to change the color of registration form Buttons?

    Hi all,

    im stuck right now. How and where can i change the blue color of the Buttons and Text during the registration of a new user? Also there is a hover effect on the Buttons where can i change the hover color too? :/

    is it only possible with css code in custom css?
