How to define Archive and Details pages for new created CPT? Shortcodes missing

    How can I change this sites for new added CPT ??

    GD Archive
    GD Archive Item

    Shortcodes for added CPT are missing as well. There are no shortcodes at all for new CPT.
    eg. gd_post_meta shortcode …

    I created new CPT “Projects”. Where can I make these settings?

    CPTs do not have independent templates, they all use the templates referenced at

    GD – Settings – General – Pages

    Each CPT does have it’s own settings, though, like

    Places -> Hospital Settings -> Custom Fields

    Hi Marc, we have not implemented this yet with the first beta release but it is in our plans to let is use different templates.

    Hi Stiofan

    It is really important to have different templates for CPT in order to style the output, specially the Details template. Please add this functionality soon.

    And having CPT related shortcodes for it’s fields too. gd_post_meta shortcode is the most important one here.

    Can you tell me when you will add this functionality?

    Hi Stiofan, any update when you will integrate templates and shortcodes for CPT?

    This is a really important issue, because right now I cannot style the CPT detail page and show any CPT related output in Archive Views.

    Or is there another solution to style the detail page for now?

    If it just CSS u are after each CPT has a body class of “single-gd_place”.

    This feature is not in these releases but i’m working on Events tomorrow which will prob require this so most likely it will be in the next release.

    Hi Stiofan,

    I dont see any new CPT related shortcodes to use in the new templates. gd_post_meta shortcode should show the new CPT fields that I added.
    Without this I cannot customize the output.

    Can you please add this shortcodes?

    This is an obscure bug, i have fixed it and it will be in the next release.
