How to enable a category mixture selection between different CPTs?

How to enable a category mixture selection between different CPTs while add listings?

CPT1 > Places
CPT2 > Services
CPT3 > Events

Lets say, I have an restaurant (place) who wants to enable catering (service) and delivery service for events.

I want to enable a responding category selection on different CPT’s to enable the following:
CPT1 > Places > CAT > “Restaurants”
CPT2 > Services > CAT > “Local Services” > Sub-CAT > “Delivery Services”
CPT3 > Events > CAT > “Anniversary” > Sub-CAT > “Catering”

While listing the restaurant as an Place and in corresponding of the different services offered, there is a need to select also categories form other CPT’s. Actually there is only a category selection just within the corresponding CPT available. So the restaurant owner would be forced to list his listing 3 times corresponding to the different CPTs.

What is your advice in how to enable a mixture category selection without beeing forced to list 3 times his listing.
How would you enable that?
