How to enable Adding listings option for new Costume type post

    We have created custom post “gd_event”. Add listing Page showing only Add place, it is not showing “Add Event”. it is shows message “Adding listings is disabled for this post type.”

    You can find the setting “Disable frontend add” inside the CPT settings like

    Places -> Settings – General – Show advanced – Disable frontend add

    Make sure that is NOT checked

    About events, the GD Event addon has reserved gd_events, so, it would be a good idea to use the built in post type with that instead of creating another with the same slug (gd_events)
