How to Enable star ratings for a free user?

    First of all,is it available to apply for a free user? If yes then can you guide me how to enable them in my listings comments section.

    Well, your question maybe means: can a site with only the free plugin use comments, and that is the link I sent.

    Maybe your question means: can a non-logged in visitor leave a comment?
    And then the answer is yes, review your WP discussion settings.

    Or maybe you mean something else again. I don’t really know what you mean with a “free user”.

    By Free User I meant one who has not ugraded to pro.And I know how to enable comments but star rating is disabled.

    Still not sure what a free user is; GD does not use free and pro users.

    To enable star rating: GD > General > General tab > UN-tick “Disable rating on comments”

    if that doesn’t work, please provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply and we will check. There could be another plugin taking over comments like jetpack or many other.

    Reviews are included in the free plugin too.
