How to encourage users to leave ratings

    I have a question about how to encourage users to leave ratings.

    If a user clicks of the ‘send enquiry’ link, is there a way the email address of the user can be stored? I’m thinking of a mailing autoresponder which will ask them to leave a rating of the business.

    If not, how do we encourage users to leave a rating?

    If a listing contains a link to the owner’s website, the issue is more severe. The user clicks the link, but never enters an email address, so can never be contacted.
