Thanks for your reply. Try clicking on the blue link directly or right-click on the blue link and save it. If not, try using another browser and see if it works.

It is working and right now i am importing the lists.Have a great day!
July 18, 2019 at 8:18 pm #498482Really sorry but i do have a last question. The process is done but there is not listings. I’m importing from a Supreme Directory theme to a Whoop theme.
Or maybe i did something wrong.July 18, 2019 at 9:02 pm #498485Make sure you have spelled the post type correctly and set the listings for a typical post_status.
Did the import report success?
If we need to check the settings, please include the CSV file in private reply along with WP Admin credentials and your site URL.
July 19, 2019 at 12:29 pm #498572Hi Alex thanks for replying,
Yes the import report did success but there is not listings. It says the importating was complete but do not import any listing.
On our actual website we organize the lists by ”empresas-locais” and in my new whoop theme still everything on english ”places” I do have to export it with the same name?
I’m working on localhost i wanted to import those lists before host my new Whoop theme.July 19, 2019 at 12:44 pm #498580Follow our recommended procedure here:

July 19, 2019 at 1:12 pm #498587Hi Alex,
I created all the same custom fields like recommended and still not working. I think all the slugs and details are the same too. So here go a csv file from Whoop theme with the fake listings you can create for demonstration with the csv file i want to import from my Surepeme Directory website. Thanks for your help and sorry for all that issues. Let me know if i can do something help to help and i’ll keep trying to import.
Edit: I can’t upload the files directly here so i had to save it in a external website to you be able to download.

thanks for sending those over so I could check.
The problem is that the headers of the files do not match. The columns must be re-ordered to match.
Once you do that they should import just fine.
