How to install Payments Manager v2

    I have the message in my WP Admin:
    GD Payment Manager V2+ requires additional manual setup steps and for this reason will not be available as an automatic update for some time. Please see the manual update instructions here – GeoDirectory

    I don’t see Payments Manager in my downloads. Don’t I need this to upgrade?
