My goals is to put the sidebar information to show above the “More Info” tab on mobile, but looking through support you never have helped move the entire sidebar. So I am wanting to know if you can take the .geodir-company_info.geodir-details-sidebar-listing-info and put that info into a new details page tab? Then I can move the tab to the top and only show on mobile devices to work around moving the whole sidebar from the bottom on mobile devices to the top.

yes, you can re-order tabs, and yes, moving the sidebar is more difficult.
