How to pay for featured

Hi there – I’m confused about what steps are needed to initiate a pay to feature option.
So I would like to have two options:
1. Free listing where users submit listing for X days for FREE
2. Featured listing where users submit listing for X days and pay to be featured on home page and top of category.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
