How to upload All Cities in USA

    Hello,

    I am lost and confused and could use a little guidance. I purchased this addon thinking that it would come preloaded with city, state and country information. Am I to understand that I am expected to manually input all of this information? There must be a way to upload this information directly to the database. HOW? If not by csv then please advise how to run ad DB query without breaking things.
