How will customers be able to cancel their accounts?

    Hi there,

    We are working on the payments part of our site. We are using recurring monthly payments through PayPal.

    We want to let customers know that they could cancel at anytime, but the question is, how DO they cancel? Is there a process through GeoDirectory? Or will they need to log into their PayPal accounts and cancel there? What if they only used PayPal as a payment processor for their credit card? We need to be clear on this to add the info into our FAQ.
