    Hi when someone comments on a listing and we get an email back “New Comment On Your Post…”
    the HTML in my email is not coming out correct.
    Its just like a big run on sentence with no spacing.
    It looks horrible.

    Any idea what it may be? How to fix it?

    For ex:

    Author: XXX

    Email: XXX

    URL: XXX

    Comment: XXX

    Permalink: XXX

    Trash it: XXX

    Spam it: XXX

    Should have spaces, but it looks like this in email:

    Author: xxx Email: xxx URL: xxx Comment: xxx Permalink:xxx Trash it: xxx Spam it: xxx

    There is no spacing but it is bunched up together.

    Hi Kor. Thanks for the reply back.
    Your reply inspired me to look for some plugins which could solve my problem.

    I finally found it!!!

    If anyone wants perfect emails sent to their clients use these plugins:

    Better notifications for wordpress plugin
    WP HTML mail plugin

    With these 2 plugins you can edit your email templates (ANY Email template – including Geodirectory). Then I use WP HTML mail to add some flavor to it (Color to header, footer, etc). BOOM ! Beautiful emails.

    Thanks guys. Just wanted to respond just in case someone has the same problem.
    Hopefully, it is useful for someone.

    Cant wait for version 2 to come out !

    Doesnt work. Just tried it. No matter what I do the big space is still there. I thought you guys might have a code to put in the box.  I just wrote everything on one continuous line, instead in 3 lines. But did not work. I am guessing that is what you wanted.
