They have been investigating and here is what they say:

Because, I’m unable to find information about the issue related with the exact plugin that you are using, I would advice you to contact the developers of that extension and to ask them for assistance. You could also check the case with the help of a professional developer who will be able to check the source code of the plugin and the queries to the database and correct them if needed. Although I cannot recommend anyone in particular, you should be able to find such professionals at decent rates on the popular freelance websites.”
