    We are trying to set up payments for the premium listings.

    But the invoices do not show up for the customers when they submit a premium listing. It takes them to an empty checkout cart rather than to paypal to complete transaction.

    It does email them an invoice, and we see the pending location request, but the overall problem is the customer is not immediately directed to paypal to process their invoices.

    How do we set this up the right way?
