I have, and even typed the email address, but it´s not working.

I sent a help request to Ninja Forms, but I think it has to do with your form, since I am getting other BCC with other Ninja contact forms.

About the other issues, do you need me to add a separte ticket?

    Best!

Ninja Forms responded and said everything was ok on their side, any news from the developer team?

Can you please also check on the Plugin Pricing Manager and Ninja Forms, I mentioned earlier? It´s having a conflict. Once I activate Plugin Pricing Manager I can´t see the Ninja Forms.

    Thank you

    Hello Tania,

Actually problem was due to Claim Manager addon, not because of Pricing Manager.

Now ninja forms are working fine even with Claim Manager & Pricing Manager enabled.

    Please check and confirm.

    Regards,
    Kiran

I can now see the Ninja Forms!

I´m still not getting the BCC emails, could you check that one out please?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

the NF form sending BCCs is really a Ninja Forms issue, because it is NF that is not sending the BCC, not GD.

That said, we have a section in our docs about diagnosing email issues. The first step is to install the email log plugin to see which emails are created and what they include. Try that and check to see what is happening with those emails.
