    Hello,

    I use GD Directory on my Thailand Blog, it is great !!

    It is free for restaurant and bar…
    On the Homepage of my directory https://www.specialthailande.com/annuaire-francophone-en-thailande/

    I would like, Icon of other categories come first on the appaearance of the maps.

    Second request,
    I realize that when a visitor make a research for this city “Ao nang” and if visitor choose “1km”
    There is nothing in the search result.
    Is it possible, to make a minimum of 10km even if visitor put 1km.
    Because some place are near.

    Thanks for your post. You can actually choose which category to hide using the option here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#map .

    For your second question, could you enable this option https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#near and see if it helps?

    Hi,

    I don’t want free categories dissapear. But only categories as Hotel, diving, are shown first.
    GD directory is parametered as the last registered come first.

    Hi Maxime,

    Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, there isn’t an option that allows you to change how the map markers are being displayed on your map. But I’ll forward this to a developer for a second opinion.

    Hello,

    it is not possible to change the order of the icons on the map so that one category is on top of or under another category.

    Is that what you were asking?

    Hello Alex,

    I think the order of icon is chronological by the order of register.

    Yes, I would like, “restaurant” icon category stay on the maps, but under other categories.
    Because, other categories are not free.

    Technically the categories are called based on the ID of the category, lowest first, but once they have been created there is no setting to re-order them. They would need to be removed, and re-created.

    Another idea would be to use a very different type of icon for restaurants.
