IE 8 compatibility issues

    When I view my site in IE8 (www.eatlocalnky.com) the formatting is all messed up and we get a warning:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/nkyproud/public_html/wp-content/themes/GeoDirectory_framework/header.php:2) in /home/nkyproud/public_html/wp-content/themes/GeoDirectory_framework/header.php on line 10

    Any idea what would be causing this?
