Image Slider does not work

    Hi support team,

    I am having the issue that the image slider is not working any more. Images are stored while edit listing page, but the slider is not working proper any more.

    Hi Alex,

    This is because of the price package limitation. The current plan of the listing allows only one image.
    You can see message in screenshot 1 that says “You can upload 1 image with this package”.

    Edit listing shows all the images that uploaded before for the listing. Some time expired listing downgrades to the plan which has some limitations in fields, no. of images, no. of categories etc.
    So here the reason to keep images is in case user upgrade listing with the previous plan then he don’t need to upload all the images again for the listing.

    Hello Kiran,

    thank you for pointing me in right direction. After doing the upgrade it is now working proper.

    I was assuming that it was a recurring featured listing, but there seems to be a downgrade been made which I was not aware of. HMM – anyway, thanks again for helping me to solve this issue.
