Image Title: why is acting as image caption?

    My understanding of an Image Title is that it appears as the text when you hover over an image, and this is indeed what is happening for the feature image here: https://romanroadlondon.com/events/exhibition/another-eye-exhibition-on-women-refugee-photographers/

    Why then is the Image Title also appearing in the black bar always visible at the bottom of the image, and to my mind where the Image Caption should be.

    Also, where is the Caption? The image caption I set was ‘Female photographer from the 1930s’
