    Hallo Guys,

People can entered new locations on my site, because that’s the sense of geodirectory. 🙂
Every entry should have an image (it’s the thumbnail on the listing page and the header image on the detail page).

But the problem is, that people often don’t know which sizes is the best, so that I have to edit the entry afterwards.

Is there a solution for an automatically resize function for every images which will be uploaded?

    My site: http://www.njoyfootball.de
    One entry for example: https://www.njoyfootball.de/orte/old-macdonald-hamburg/

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

there is not a function for that in GDV1. You can advise your users in the field label to use a particular image size, at least. You can translate the plugin and change that text to suit you.

The resize option is at GD > Design > Home tab
    See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#home

    Resize image large size:
GD scales any images uploaded to a listing, to a maximum size of 800 x 800 pixels.
Checking the box here will change that scaling to a a maximum size of 1024 x 1024 pixels [or other size set at WP Settings > Media > Large size.

    Thanks
