I just imported 30,000 listings to find out they all have broke images. The images are seperated by a ; like the example below. When clicking the broken image Open Image in New tab, they open like this
    http://dev.silvercensus.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/355b4efd5288c4ef1f4175d5633d7b11.jpg;91f482dc705755cb086c62cbdbe56c93.jpg;7f3572cc544506276895dd274798ed14.jpg;abfa4139c77562de19673d8856176418.jpg

It seems to be merging the images together in one string. I tried to export the images then check whats wrong and they export just fine with the URL then images for each IMAGE column. I then tried to re import with the update option on and update the listings and it didnt fix them. This will be the third time I have to manually delete 30,000 listings and restart. Can I have help please as this will finish my project. I will attach a example export and credencials in a follow up post.

Your import file must have been semicolon delimited instead of comma delimited maybe. I’ll get Paolo to have a look.

There must be an error with your import file. Like Stiofan says, what happens when you re-import the exported file. That works, so there must be an error with your original import file.
If you cannot find the error, can we have a look at your original import file, or at least a cut down version with a few listings.

Why wont updating the posts with the exports work? The exports are formated fine.. I do not have the original files formatted and it would take me a lot of work to prepare them and rebreak them into bits, but the exports look fine.

So are you saying the original files you try to import are not formatted the same as the exported files? That would be exactly the reason why it would not work.

No, I am saying I no longer have the file I used. It needed to be split into smaller pieces for the import and formatted withing the filter options in OpenOffice like you suggested in a previous post. The orginal import was fine, but when I export the files using the built in exporter, they are formated fine. Each image has its own URL String and its not combined like it shows on the listings page.

Since the export is fine. showing http://domain/image in the proper format for each indivual image, I exported all the listings and tried to re import that file and update the post. It doesnt work, why not
