Thanks that works, is it possible to give me DB access, the queries seemt o return different results than expected, it would be good to look at the tables direct, i might even be able to fix it direct from DB if it is one problem.

OK, your original CSV is huge and frankly too big to asses properly, but i did not that the very first line is wrong, it starts with “&post_id” i’m not sure what that could cause but it’s not a good start.

I looked through the code and i could not see a way that the image problem could happen.

My advice would be try again and start small, try importing like 100-200 and see if you can recreate the problem, if not then good if you can we will be better able to track it down.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Can you at least tell me how to quickly drop all the existing listings, because NGINX is limiting me to 250 at a time and that would take forever.

    Hi Anthoney,

I assume becasue it’s a dev site you can just drop all the databases then WP will show you the install screen, this is of course if you dont have any vital pages/posts in the dev site?

The idea is not not have to reset the site, just remove posts out of the providers area. I have the custom fields setup to match the positioning of the CSV and its a hassle to setup each time

Can you at least tell me how to delete the default CPT created by geodirectory now that I have cloned it to reimport data. Site freezes everytime I try and delete the posts manually

    Hi,

if you don’t have vital posts or pages, just empty (don’t drop them) this 2 DB tables

    wp_posts
    wp_geodir_gd_place_details

    Thanks
