Images for franchise replicate into multiple images

Hi,

I have a listing with 2 outlets, a main outlet and a franchise. I’ve only uploaded the image once, but it replicated itself into 21 of the same images in my media library.

It happened to the same entry and it was worse. It replicated itself into like 40 over images which I deleted. I then uploaded a new image and for a few days, it was fine and suddenly it has replicated itself into 21 images, like what I mentioned above.
