Images not going away when downgraded to free package

I have an upgraded package that allows 10 images, but the free listing only allows 1. I have a customer that is having some difficulty getting Paypal to work to pay for his listing and so it’s not yet paid for so I downgraded his package back to the free listing until we sort it out…it removed the extra characters in the listing but it didn’t remove the extra images. I have set it specifically to only allow 1 image in the free listing, so why would it not remove these extra images?

Hello,

have you seen this happen with other packages that are downgraded by the customer?

We can take a look. Please share WP Admin credentials and share a link to a test listing for the admin user where you can see the issue happening.
