Import all States and Major Cities at once

    I have over 100 members from all over the USA in my program. I’m getting ready to start promoting the directory for them to create there own individual listings on. I do not know all the City/States my members are contently in so…

    1) Is there a way for the Cities and State to be added to the directory when each person is filling out there listing?

    If not… 2) Is there a way to bulk import all the Cities and States at one time, instead of individually?
