Import failed

    Hello,

    I’m trying to import (to update) my listings. I exported using your tool, changed the titles (had to add something), changed the descriptions, imported, and it is failing.

    Here are the error messages:
    Total 1 item(s) found.

    1 / 1 item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type/invalid characters used in data.

    Row 2 Error: Post type missing

    This is happening for almost 200 items (this error message is for a test file I created with 1 row).

    The only thing that changes from when I exported is now the text is in French (has special characters such as é or à etc…).

    To test further, I removed all these characters and tried. Still failing. It says Post type missing as well. The post type is there.

    I tried to create the file in Open Office, Google Spreadsheets (but not Excel). Nothing is working.

    Hope you can help me resolve this issue.

    A note: You should only use Open or Libre office to edit the files.

    Make sure you have selected “Update post if ID exists” if you are updating existing listings.
