import large data transfer..

Hi,

I have no experience about data import. and I have a large data around 330.000 listing. and I need import with images to my site. I have 2 question about this:

1- somebody can help me how to import this large data with images to my geo directory.
which data want to import that link is here: http://www.usabledatabases.com/database/world-hotels-from-countries-with-images/

in this data many information for listing. I need only certain information from this data! (ex: title, description,images,location,telephone,web,fax)

2- I have no live site now that I am working on my localserver. which is much better; now import all data and after all site take to dedicated server? or first start run indedicated server and after import datas?

///Also in my localserver frontend in search and detail pages map doesnt appear! any idea why?
permalinks I did try. widgets check it. I am running in latest wordpress (with Boss Theme from buddyboss) I disabled all plugins but map anyway doesnt appear!
I can see map only when adding new list!
