Import listings process stops after 6640 items

Dear support team,

I’m doning some changes of my listings which has worked so far at the other custom post types which are under 5.000 items. But while importing the CPT “services”, then after 6.640 items of 7.687 the import stops without any warnings. I’ve tried several times but without success. If I click “import data now” to proceed then it starts again but stops after about 10 items again.

Please help to solve this issue.

Hi Kor,

meanwhile I could solve this, after I have dropped all unneccessary plugins in plugins_off folder. I guess it had to do with autoptimize and wp supercache because after dropping them also in off folder it has worked.

Sounds like it was a memory issue. Try keeping an eye on your server log files if you run into it again. You might see bad gateway or memory allocation or timeout errors, which can all be due to not having enough available memory for the task.
