    Hello,
    I imported 600 places. Now I have two problems I can´t solve.
    1. The new places don´t show the maps. The place of the maps are grey.
    2. The images that I insert also over the import function are not displayed

    What I have to do?

    Hi,

If you export the listings you will see the problems.

From row 32 to row 164 you have city: EspaÒa’, same data is present in the lat column of the same rows.

Probably you are using illegal characters that are breaking things up. To easily find illegal characters, try to open the file with notepad.

Also make sure all city names and region names are capitalized, not all uppercase.

    Zaragoza and not ZARAGOZA

You also need to add an icon to each place categories.

Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

    Hi,

I’m sorry about that, most likely you are uploading a file with a different collation than the database. If you provide phpmyadmin credentials and your latest CSV file, our developers will have a look.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

The developers will look into it asap and get back to us.

Thanks for your patience, I’m sure we can fix this for you…

    Hi Peer,

Seems you have changed both login credentials for admin & for cpanel. They are no longer working for me now. Please, can you double check and provide correct credentials?

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

    Hi Peer,

I looked into database and found that some values are stored in wrong columns in DB table wpuo_4_geodir_post_locations & wpuo_4_geodir_gd_place_detail. See attachments in next reply.

    There are wrong values stored for post_latitude & post_longitude in wpuo_4_geodir_gd_place_detail, one of listing has post_latitude = 41664948 & post_longitude = -883643. It should be like 41.664948 & -8.83643
Thats why it not showing listings on map.
I have corrected post_latitude & post_longitude for those 4 listings, and now check map working fine.

You have to first fix the values in DB table wpuo_4_geodir_post_locations & wpuo_4_geodir_gd_place_detail. To fix this export CSV file for Listings & Locations > Correct the data in CSV files > delete previous data from tables > Import CSV files for Listings & Locations again.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
