Import not working

    Hi Support

    I tried to import some listings to gd_place. but I always get the error: post type missing. But I made the following:

    1. created an entry for gd_places
    2. made an export of this example
    3. added all my listings to this csv structure (UTF8 format)
    4. Import –> Error of missing post type, but its correct inserted in the csv in column post_type (gd_place)…

    Is this a known issue?

    Please post your CSV here with a few listings you are trying to import, then we can have a look.
    Also add your URL and WP admin details in a private reply.

    Hello!

    the CSV file is not formatted properly.

    Open the original export CSV with LibreOffice to avoid formatting errors that can be introduced by other editors.
