Import not working for CSV

Hi I downloaded open office for importing some data. I exported a “course” and then on top of it added more rows with the information however it doesnt recognize it as follows:
Total 6 item(s) found.
6 / 6 item(s) could not be added due to blank/invalid address(city, region, country, latitude, longitude).
6 / 6 item(s) could not be added due to blank title/invalid post type/invalid characters used in data.
Import data now

Do you mind if you pls take a look and let me know if you know what could be the issue?

The file is not comma limited, but semi-colon limited.
There is no data in the author column, which is compulsory.
Post Type should be something like gd_course
Your header column needs moving up, they are not correct for the content.
I re-attached the file just saved as comma delimited.
