    Greetings,

I imported all of the listings through your imported and got them all inside of Geo Directory properly.

The listings show up on the listing view, however when I go to view the detail, I get a 404 error.

If I go into the admin and manually change something and hit “Update” the detail page now shows up.

Why is this? What can I do to fix it so I don’t have to update all 600+ seperately? This is a big issue?

    Thank You.

    Hi,

without a link to your website and wp admin credentials the description of the problem isn’t enough to help you solve the problem.

Please help us helping you and provide the above in a private reply.

    Thx

can you attach the CSV you uploaded please?

There must be something wrong in it.

When I visit the edit form of one of the place that are not showing correctly I see no city selected and the region field is missing…

Sure thing. I’ve cleared out our imported data and just used the provided sample file with the same results.

    Hi,

I’ve imported the sample CSV in our demo and other than the blank categories problem (I don’t have those categories in the demo). I don’t get neither the 404 problem or the region field disappearing in the back end.

I’ve seen you have a lot of active plugins. I fear one of them is causing the issue.

Can you please disable all plugins, except GD and addons and try again?

    Let me know,

ON our dev site I removed all locations and places, disabled all plugins except for the 7 GeoDirectory ones and imported the sample csv and achieved the same results from before. The places are listed but 404 on the detail page.

Can you please give us access to Wp-admin FTP and DB of the dev site, so that we can actually test it?

I’ve tested on 2 different servers and it worked as expected on both.

    Thanks
