Import/Export buttons not doing anything

    The import and export buttons are only displaying a blue circle around them. How can I get them to work so I can do a bulk import of listings from a spreadsheet

    Not sure what you mean by “blue circle around them”. Please share the URL of the site in question so we can take a better look at it and also WP temp admin access to your site. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    We don’t fire ajax when the import/export is clicked, but something else is, i guess its a conflict with another plugin. Can you provide FTP info and i’ll be able to track ti down quicker or you can try disableing non GD plugins 1 by 1.
