Importing Data with custom fields

    Hello,

    I added few custom fields for my restaurant category. These fields are boolean values (i.e. Catering: Yes, Delivery: No).

    I have an excel spread sheet with 400 restaurants which I need to import. I updated my excel file tables to match the sample CSV import file. However I am not sure how to import the data for the new fields I added.

    Hi there,

    You have to manually create these custom fields on GD then export a sample out for your reference. Then fill the in the information accordingly. Could you give it a try?

    Hello,

    By manually, do you mean create from the admin panel ?

    Like this: Place Settings > Add new Place form field

    I tried it but it didn’t make any new columns on the sample import CSV.
