    HI,
Re my site Pokernearme.com.au There has been some sort of change to the geodirectory plugin in that many of the dates of events (which are recurring) have been automatically reset to 2020 (when they should be current dates) and when I have tried to import the data to change this I am getting an error message (see attached). Are you able to check that out for me. I tried to follow it to the end but ended up somewhere else and dont want to mess with things too much anyway. And if I try to go ahead with importing I get the message ‘Please select CSV file’. Which is what Im using. Thanks for your help. Yours Julian

I have fixed ini_restore() related security error. I have added alternative function to check ini_set() function working or not.

It will be in next release. I need FTP access to apply patch:
    https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/pull/967/commits/f007e4862c7f3d6216eaa7154f5feda418adc2e6
If you have access to file \plugins\geodirectory\includes\admin\views\html-admin-settings-import-export-reqs.php then apply patch and check how it goes.

why the dates rolled forward a year (seemingly) after 5.2.4 was installed?

I am not aware of similar issue, i think your should ask for a help from WordPress Support Team.

    Hi Julian,

    Still can’t connect to FTP.
    It shows

Error:	Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error:	Failed to retrieve directory listing
