Impossible to enter apostrophed Locations

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I am unable to enter names of Location with apostrophes, as an additional character “∖” appears after the apostrophe after saving.

    For example:

    L’Espunyola appears as L’∖Espunyola
    Castell de l’Areny appears as Castell de l’∖Areny

    (see screen captures attached)

    How could I enter them?

    Hi,

    there is no such thing as the apostrophe in HTML, the single quote character is used instead.

    This: L

    ’

    Espunyola

    Should be: L

    '

    Espunyola

    You can also use the html character code, which for single quote is : 

    '

    So it would be L'Espunyola.

    Only the html character code will work in multilocations according to my test, so you would use
    & # 3 9 ;
    but without any spaces in between.

    Saint-Jean-d’Aulps was entered as
    Saint-Jean-d& # 3 9 ;Aulps
    but without any spaces [if I do not use spaces here, my post will look like Paolo’s, you will not be able to see it.
