Include heading as first item in drop-down menu

    Hi,

    I have a search function on my home-page (https://www.simplfi-mockups.com.au), and within that I’ve got a drop down menu containing a set of custom posts. As the first item in the drop down list, I’d like to have the word “Category” – is this possible? (Screenshot attached).
