Increase number of results on search page to 100 listings

I would like to increase the number of results per page from 20 to 100. Is there a setting or shortcode I can use to do that? I included an image of the section I’m referring to.

I’d also like to include pagination on both the top and bottom, but I can’t find the setting for that either.
