Installed add-on, registered yelp app, how can I add listings from yelp??

Hi, I’ve installed everything and now I cannot figure out how to add listings to my website through yelp. I cannot find the form. I initially thought we would be able to do it in the backend, then I watched the tutorial video and saw it is on the add page on the site’s frontend and when I go to that page I do not see any of the form fields which are in the video tutorial. Please let me know what to do here.
