If I install the whole membership package including one of the themes would this override my current sites theme, or would I need to make a sub domain to point to?

Very confused. I am under the impression if I install the theme it will override my current theme on my site but I don’t want that. I just want the user to click on the Directory Button on the Menu bar and it pulls up. I also don’t want to point to another domain as I would like the content on the site for SEO purposes. Maybe creating a subdomain? Or am I overthinking this and Geo Directory membership add ons and theme will work with my current theme on my site? Does the genesis framework come with the membership or no? I heard this is required? It should come with the membership, correct?

    Hi Shane,

you don’t need to install one of our themes, if you want to keep your existing theme. GeoDirectory and its add-ons are plugins and they work with any theme.

You can use the directory as your home page, or make it appear on an internal page.

The Genesis Framework does not come with our membership, because we are not the developers of it. That’s a very popular theme framework and must be purchased separately.

Let us know if you have further doubts.

    Thank you
